I wanted to let you know that I am extremely impressed with your firm in general and Randy White in particular. Over my 18 years in AR and collections I have been unable to find an agency that can actually collect my extreme problem customers--but I have now. I don't usually have many or very large accounts out for placement, but the ones I have are large and important for our small business.
