Wading through the Current Economic Waters
I must tell you that I am very pleased with the working relationship. With the company we were using we did not get this type of support. It makes wading through the current economic waters less worrisome knowing we have someone to turn to for advice, help and if all else collections.

the financial matters of James, Stevens & Daniels. Kelly creates the organization that
continues to make JSD run efficiently and effectively.
 Deborah Hedrick
Executive Director of Operations
As
Director of Operations for JSD Deb Hedrick oversees all of the
operations of the company. This includes the management and upgrading
of the company’s infrastructure, such as the IT and Communication
systems. Since JSD is always seeking to have the most effective
and efficient systems this requires constant attention. Additionally,
Deb is responsible for ensuring the highest level of services from
all the departments within JSD: Sales, Client Services, Administration,
Accounting and Collections. If at anytime you have a problem with
JSD, Deb wants to know about it.
 Richard Willemin
Director of Recruiting & Production
Since Richard’s entry into collections in 1983, he has acted in every facet of the industry from collector to General Manager of the world’s largest commercial agency to owner. Richard has helped shape the industry with his innovative approach to collection techniques and training. He has assisted hundreds of collectors and sales people achieve success at every level. Richard’s broad expertise in this industry has been instrumental to JSD’s growth and rich success.

Director of Credit Services & Training
David, who we call ‘Doc’, has managed both Primary Sales and Client Services for 15 years with the Nation’s largest collection agency before joining JSD. He had established a track record of success with two other agencies prior to joining our team. He currently oversees the recruiting and development of our Outside Sales team in addition to the JSD marketing plan. He is the person who decides your company is the one we should target to receive the best service in our industry. ‘Doc’ is our idea guy. He is the creative genius that we look to for new concepts and fresh ideas.
 Raymond Evans
Executive Recovery Manager
Ray Evans is a veteran of the commercial collections industry having worked in the field for the past sixteen years. His previous job was as the Credit and Collections Lead for Stryker Medical. While there he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s receivables including credit granting and collection of delinquencies. During his tenure he worked closely with JSD as the primary agency contact. This allowed him to realize the dedication and efficiency which the JSD team executes their mission, so it was only natural when the opportunity presented itself to leave Michigan and head to Delaware he was ready to sign on. He joined JSD in July 2007 and was promoted to Collections Manager in October 2007. He handles training and development as well as recruitment for the collections staff.
 Cindy Zimmaro
Executive Sales Manager
Cindy currently manages our Primary Sales and Client Services departments. She was promoted into this position in 2009 as a result of her efficient and effective development of our two largest clients. Prior to JSD, she spent 7 years in a quality management role within the credit card industry. Her long-term customer service background as well as her organizational skills and attention to detail greatly assist her with overseeing the daily management of our new clients as well as our established client base..
