Primary Sales Representative
About the role
JSD Management is a commercial collection agency based in Dover, Delaware. We recover past-due B2B invoices and commercial receivables for businesses nationwide and internationally. We do not work consumer debt.
We are looking for a Primary Sales Representative to work inbound leads and company-provided prospects. This is a phone-heavy role. The right person understands how to have direct conversations with business owners and accounts receivable managers, explain a service clearly, and close.
Leads and prospect lists are provided. Your focus is converting them — not building the pipeline from scratch. Activity expectations are clear and consistent. Compensation reflects results.
Responsibilities
- Work company-provided leads and prospect lists to convert businesses into active clients
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to explain JSD's commercial collection services
- Qualify prospects and guide them through account placement
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status
- Meet weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, contacts, and new accounts placed
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Report directly to management with pipeline updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or inside sales
- Comfortable with high call volume and direct phone conversations
- Ability to explain a service clearly without a script
- Organized and consistent — able to follow up reliably and track activity accurately
- Familiarity with commercial credit or accounts receivable is a plus, not required
- Based in or willing to commute to Dover, DE
Compensation
Base salary plus commission. Specific figures are discussed during the interview process. Compensation is structured to reward consistent activity and new account production.
